It happens that the colour or cut of our product did not give you 100% satisfaction.

We are familiar with the subject ourselves! We have prepared the following instructions to make the return and complaint process easier.

Also, if you have any questions or doubts about our products, e.g., colour or size, please contact us before you buy! We are happy to answer all messages.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. You have 14 calendar days to return the purchased goods, counted from when you receive the package.
  2. Please let us know if you would like to return the goods (you have 14 calendar days after giving us this information to do so).
  3. We will be very pleased if the returned goods are not used. Please also include all original tags.
  4. Please fill out and print the return/complaint form.
  5. You can also write the form by hand, remembering to include your account number in case you choose cash on delivery. Put the return form in the parcel together with the returned goods.
  6. Enclosed is the receipt confirming your purchase that was sent with your order to speed up the processing of your return. This is not necessary, but it will make our job much easier.
  7. The order does not need to be sent back in its original packaging, but it should be properly protected against possible damage during transport

  9. Refunds will be made up to 14 calendar days after we have received the parcel.
  10. We do not accept returns sent to parcel machines.
  11. To speed up the processing of your return, please enclose the receipt confirming the purchase that was sent with your order for the returned goods. This is not necessary but it will make our job much more manageable.
  12. You do not need to return the goods in their original packaging, but they should be protected against possible transit damage.
  13. We will reimburse the price of the advertised goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel containing the goods.
  14. We do not accept returns sent to parcel machines.

EXCHANGE

It is impossible to exchange goods for a different model/colour without cash.

Please place and pay for a new order and return the previous order according to the above return policy.

COMPLAINTS

If the goods you have purchased are not in accordance with the sales contract in any way (e.g., they are damaged or defective), you can make a complaint about them according to the instructions below.

COMPLAINT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. You can complain within 2 years from the date of receipt of the package with the goods. Please note that the defect giving rise to the complaint must have existed at the time of delivery of the package. Complaints about goods due to defects arising after delivery will be rejected as unfounded.
  2. You should send us a complaint about the goods by e-mail to [email protected].
  3. In your e-mail message, indicate:
    1. your name;
    2. Your order number;
    3. your bank account number;
    4. the date the goods were delivered;
    5. the perceived defect (damage, shortage), of the goods;
    6. the claim request.
  4. In the context of a complaint, you can:
    1. Demand that the goods be replaced with new ones or repaired;
    2. Make a declaration to reduce the price of the goods or withdraw from the contract of sale (i.e. return the goods) – provided that one of the cases specified in Article 43e of the Act on Consumer Rights applies.
  5. If you request that the goods be replaced or repaired in the context of a complaint, we will collect the advertised goods from you within the period agreed with you unless you agree to send the goods back yourself (at our expense). We will then deliver the new goods or the repaired goods to you.
  6. If you claim a reduction in the price of the goods, we will reimburse you the difference between the original price and the reduced price within 14 calendar days of receipt of the claim.
  7. If, as part of your complaint, you wish to withdraw from the sales contract (i.e. return the goods), you should send them back to the following address:
